I'll have to dig up some progress pics sometime. It ain't pretty.

The latest pics I'm wearing baggy clothes. Went from M shirts/28 waist jeans to XL/32. I started at 105 and as of this Feb was 170.

I'm 5'8" BTW.

I guess. I don't really care. I'm still not comfortable with my overall weight/appearance so abs are pointless to me at is time. If they disappear for a little while then good riddance. They'll always come back.

I've tried some of their stuff. It was definitely good, but the ready-to-drink shakes are so expensive! It was like $10 for a 4 pack! I'm using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey protein, bought by the bucket.

no these I get by the case at Sams club, I usually go through 1 case a week you get 24 for $27.00 or you can buy a 4 pack at wal-mart for $4.97
