    I usually just got around 430-445ish cause its 4 blocks from work. If you ever want to hit the gym, just give me a days notice and we can meet at one of the WHC's... I think the St alberta tr or 127st locations are pretty central for us, or I oculd go to the 50th street so you dont have to drive so far

    Well its certainly working my friend!! good job!!

    Right now im cutting some body fat, because of nearly 9months of training badly and not eating like i was supposed to, i lost some of the shape i worked hard to get!! iv a log set up aswel, things going pretty well!!

    224 at 5ft 9 is never gonna happen for me.....probably cus im 5ft 10 lol but that would be in and around my goal in the future, right now im happy the way its going so when september coming, college whoring can pick up again

    what time you usually done work? This gym usually isnt too bad at this time, its pretty damn big so theres tons of equipment and its mainly business people so a lof of the cardio equip gets used and the weights are free.

    I know what imporper eating can do... I would like to say Ive put on this extra 4-5% BF cause Im "bulking" but Im doing it pretty poorly, eating things I shouldnt 3-4 times a week. The last 4 weeks of this cycle will be super clean eating and the extra muscle will rip through this excess fat in no time. My end goal is to settle in the 225 @ 9% range... I think that would look super freaky. The good thing is that over the last decade Ive trained my body to maintain on less than 2000 cals per day and still make gains so maintaining 225 wont actually be that difficult (or so Im leading myself to believe)

    for you, at 5'10... shoot for a single digit BF @ 200lbs.. its a good look. and easy to maintain. Unless you actually want to be bigger.
