    Fuk... speaking of workouts.... I just torn it up last night.... fuken intense.... I thought it was gonna be weak as it started off weak with my my lat pull downs. I was in a zone from hell.... It was amazing!

    We had a very similar workout.... I love doing back.... it just feels good. It's my second fav, next to working my Triceps! Tri's are the best ever....

    the workouts that i start off feeling tired are often my best.

    i think it's because i feel so crappy, but the workouts make me feel incredible. where if i feel great going in, i feel great working out.... such a difference in energy i guess

    I use a BD 23 gauge for quads, sit in the chair and relax the leg and stretch the skin in one hand and guide the pin like a dart with the other and it goes right in through the muscle like butter, practically painless.

    I pinned my right delt on monday and samething, bout an inch in and it twitched... pounded it in full 1.5" then pushed the oil in... love pinning.

    wow, brave guy hitting the tri's... Ive never hit them in any of my cycles.... muct have been on Cals advice, he swears by them

    the quad is very shallow near the knee, hard to pin there. Closest I get to the knee is about 8" up. I pin along the outter and inner quad pretty easy.

    yah, I dont usually do it with the full 1.5, just did it cause a buddy says its too deep... I was like, for you maybe, he was all of about 190 @ 5'11... told him to stick with 5/8's and quit cycling cause hes wasting money

    i do my thigh/quad shots upper outer....when i bend my leg my hams/quads fatten out (cuz im fukin HUGE!!! )
