well today i recieve a letter from my official reciever saying ive been discharged from my Bankruptcy early!!!!!!!

im over the fukin moon!!!

time to start living again.......

thats the plan mate......itl be almost imposible to get credit again for the next few years anyway...and that suits me..

Good friend of mine came out of chapter something and within a year had a new truck, house, bike and boat. (All used but fairly new)

Now having his first kid.

In the same spot now he was a couple years ago.

Is that time about right?

Thats a nitemare.....if you go bankrupt again here in england....i think your bankrupt for upto 15 years.!!!!

i will not fall into that trap...if i dont have the coin for it then i wont be having it...

i was told 6 years after your discharge you have bad credit ratings.....i went bankrupt in Jan...its meant to be for a year....but 6 month later and im out...

i havent had a job since then wey October really...because i was told to keep my head down off citizens advice...

if you have a job then they can make you sign an IPA (income payment aggrement) and you may have to pay money for upto 3 years after Bankruptcy depending on circumstances....

r u kidding me?? you can walk into a dealership today and buy a car.. you can contact almost any credit card company as long as it's been discharged and start again..
