First you need to consider the volume of what you are shipping.

And get a vitamin bottle thats approx double the volume.
Open the cap, and peel off the factory seal/foil WITHOUT tearing it.

Carefully place all the goodies inside the bottle.
If the goodies are glass, be sure to pack some tissue around it so it doesn't make noise or move around. If you wanna go crazy melt a bunch of candle wax in a pot with boiling water, then pour in just enough to completely cover it all. (its easy to open with just a razor, all you need to do is cut the bottom out and the wax will break apart - and also melted wax is hot, but I've never had it melt anything before inside the bottle, its not that hot. If however you're goodies are just sealed in a thin plastic baggie, wrap those baggies up with foil because wax will melt baggies).

But on top of the goodies, put the original contents of the bottle back in (make sure to leave like an inch or 2 of space). Take the polyster fiber they put in the bottle and cram it back in.
Plug in a hot glue gun (dollar store sells them they are PERFECT for resealing bottles).
Quickly squirt a layer around the rim and put the seal back on holding it firmly till it cools. Throw the cap on and your done.

If the vitamins are cheap enough throw in 2-3 more bottles (just how you bought them) inside the box.
There is no logic behind this its just a direct replica of how I've done it a few times.
Theres def a lot better ways & if you're creative/patient enough the chances of running into any issues are about 0%. Good luck!

and ftr I do this once a year at most so I could care less who reads it.
