i'd buy a nice piece of land in "niagara on the lake"

i'd build myself a modest home (but lots of gadgets inside)

and in the backyard, a massive building - which would be my state of the art gym.

for myself, and maybe a few friends.

that way, the gym would be clean, weights wouldnt be left on the floor, and i wouldnt have to deal with kids who do chest/bis every single day, hogging machines, begging to get a 120lb dumbell dropped on their face.
