Hey ive neen watching the world cup of football, what the hell does a yellow card mean??? The ref is handing them out non stop and nothing really happens, i think one guy got two in like 10 mins?? I understand red means your off

Terrible ref decision leading to Germany losing a man and losing the match. Terrible ref decision disallowing that 3rd US goal after coming back from 2-0 down.
