Bragging #2... Hit 150 lbs DB presses today!!!
Last week I was happy I hit 130lbs DB presses for 10 on 4th set. This week I did this:
120s for 12 reps
130s for 10 reps
140s for 9 reps
150s for 7 reps
Im so fkn happy!!! 150s on DB presses for 7 on 4th set!!!! **NOT 1ST, 2ND, OR 3RD SET... 4TH SET FVCKERS!!!!** Not too shabby!!! Thats as high as my gym goes though. Guess Ill have to just start a bit heavier. Maybe start at 125s next week.Last edited by vettewreck; 12-20-2010 at 01:26 PM.

Some guy at my gym yesterday was doing db shoulder press and worked from 75 all the way up to 105 in 5 lb increments and then repped 105 for 8.. Wtf. Thats something you would do. I can't do 150 for 7 but I sure wish I could.
