You should come workout with my friends and I, we are always yelling light weight baby, Ice Cream, rocky road or MickyD's or french fries... often and loud, everyone is laughing their asses off. We started yelling ice cream and rocky road cause this bro said that's all he eats, so we do it for pun. He stoped coming at the same time as us, the rest just developed over time.

I just can't ever see letting myself ever get in that shape. I know there are some who can't seem to help it ,hormone issues, but still there is help for even that. And what's sad is you will never go into a Walmart store without seeing both American adults and children around this size. Over 50% of Americans are now overweight. Even though we are in a bad economy, everyone seems to be able to get plenty of food. I just wonder how many calories per day it takes to get and stay that large. I live in a neighborhood that has tons of kids in it and I hardly ever see them outside playing or riding bikes or skate boards or whatever. They are all indoors either on the cell phone, computer, or TV and never get any exercise at all.

id say its actually easily done, if you consider the cals for 3 meals consisting of a fried breakfast, some macdonalds or other fast food crap and then some garbage (but tasty) like a frozen pizza or processed chicken and fries (we call them chips) and snacking on chocolate, crisps (you call them chips lol) all day while drinking coke or other suger loaded crap, do that for a few years and then there you go, first prize in michelin man lookalike competition
this is basically what alot of people eat day in and day out, at minimum

home cooked? like from mince? you could eat one daily, its lean mince and some white bread, wont kill you
mince makes up alot of my diet, just make sure its lean and dont overcook it and it wont dry out
