3 Minute ABS
So I did legs tonight and at the end decided to do some abs....I never do abs but I decided to tonight. So I was really pumped up and I went and got on the machine where your feet are locked in and there is a big rolling pad under you legs/butt
Well I turned on a Ying Yang Twins song that makes you wanna dance and got on the machine. Instead of doing normal situps or anything, I leaned back and started going from side to side squeezing my abs and obliques as hard as I could every time I went to the side...It basically looked like I was dancing on it, I am sure I looked stupid to everyone who wasnt listening to "Say I Yi Yi" haha but I did this and stopped halfway through and then did it again. By the end of those 3 minutes my abs and everything were cramping up and felt amazing haha. Needless to say I had a great monthly ab workout lol

I am working on a new program to sell, its called 2.4 minute abs DSM... sorry I got you beat lol. Its going to be running at 2:00 A.M. on the discovery channel infomercial Monday morning.... everybody watch it!! haha

I do 1 set of abs a week till failure on leg day. Other then that I bang my chick as much as possible it seems to do the trick.

its called The FattyMcButterPants NoMore Jazzercise workout, I think it is actually the future of weight training due to the incredible results acheived by everyone
And lets not forget, 60% of the time...It works Everytime!

I tried 3 minute abs, made it 45 seconds in and had to quit. Too strenuous for me. I wish they would come up with something easier.
