    Torem

Anyone heard it lowers LDL and raises HDL. If so I am going to use this from now on instead of nova. Cause my LDL is always high and HDL is always low.

Why else would you take a serm unless it's for gyno or pct? If its for gyno then tamox is much better IMO.

I wouldn't run a serm on cycle just to improve a temporarily screwed up lipid profile.

Nah I would never run it on cycle. Just found it interesting that it helped with lipid's.
I wonder how much it would improve my lipid profile on a 4 week pct with nova

Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure tamox does this as well.

    Dark chocolate helps with cholesterol.
DONT take cholesterol meds such as Lipitor that has statins. It has been proven to deteriorate muscle and recent studies show it also affects tendons. I believe I'm living proof of the latter.

IMO, anyone who's worried about their cholesterol should read The Great Cholesterol Con by Malcolm Kendrick before taking any type of statins.

Never going to take statins, but every time I get a lipid profile HDL is always low, not matter what I do

I remember reading something about how some tribe in africa eats lb's of butter and red meat daily and have some of the healthiest cholesterol levels on earth. Eskimo's too, eating all that blubber.

Not only that but the link between "bad" (in quotes to show my sarcasm) cholesterol levels and heart disease is overstated at best.

    Looks like it's prescription only.
LOVAZA (omega-3-acid ethyl esters) , a lipid-regulating agent, is supplied as a liquid-filled gel capsule for oral administration. Each 1-gram capsule of LOVAZA (omega-3-acid ethyl esters) contains at least 900 mg of the ethyl esters of omega-3 fatty acids sourced from fish oils.

Of course they are pushing their own products but do a google for Lovaza omega 3 vs fish oil and you will find some comparisons.

Krill Oil seems to be more effective than both
