    what I love about this forum

    There's no bs. Its all people who are dedicated and unlike when I play video games the people behind the screen are able to back their sh1t up.

    I'm on a lot of different forums and I still spend 99% of my time here. There's just higher quality people on this board. Everyone is very helpful and there's tons of knowledgeable people on here.

    I love how the peole are real and say how they feel with out whinning like b!tches if you disagree with them... and than in the very next thread they will give you props or helpful advice. we agree to disagree.

    also its so much more than just food and fitness...no one scolds you if your out of the game for awhile

    just good people with great imput and awsome support....plus SlimmerMe is pretty addictive
