Current 195lbs @10%
Goal 225@10% off season 225@4% competition weight
Time frame 2 years.

Currently 246lbs at 12-13% - still trying to recover back to over 250 after a pneumonia bout.
On a side note..... I'm hoping to get evaluated in the next month or so by an NPC judge and trainer here in jersey. If he's not overly expensive i'm going to hire him as my coach for a show this year.

I'm not competing nor do I ever plan too, but my goal would be 190lbs 6% BF year round. I want to be there by May 2013.
Currently at 5'9 - 190lbs 12% bodyfat.
Right now I've never cycled before, but I'm pretty certain I'm gonna have to hit at least one cycle to get there.

If you already messing around with clen a lot like me..I dont see why you are weary of cycling...
But your already at your target weight...getting to 6% without cycling should not be that big of an issue with cardio and diet and Hit training by 2013Last edited by Razor; 03-06-2012 at 11:33 PM.

Well, it sounds easy on paper, but that comes out to be a 12lb increase in LBM over a year. It would be tough. I might just have to go over to the dark side with you guys and get me some juice. LOL
The only reason I haven't cycled yet is because Browngirl and I wanta have kids one of these day and I'm paranoid that I would be one of the unlucky few that doesn't come back from PCT. I don't wanta risk not being able to have kids due to vanity!

I didn't take any medicine for it! I only found out it was pneumonia as I was recovering from it already. I worked..... and worked out with it for two days when it peaked. Felt like complete shit and everyone thought I was over exagerating a cold ofcoarse.
After about 11-14 days I was able to start eating like normal and my workouts resumed. Shit was brutal.... lol

For me from 246 to 190 if possible in a year, goal lose weight feel great no more back pains.
Long way to go, i will cycle T3, albuterol and a prescripton appetit suppressor low carb will also be used since i got so much to lose.

I figure my next cycle will take me too 215-220..Ill hold 215 with the GH..next cycle to 230..hold 220, cycle after take me to 235, hold 225..last cycle.
Those are low numbers, I gain weight easier...better to aim low and score high.

Man I miss Beer!!! I've had 2-3 in the last 6 months due to my diet and training. I wish I wasn't so anal about this diet sometimes.
Damn it. I wanta beer now! Thanks alot asshole!!!! LOL just joking.
12 more weeks and I'll have one!

It would be a good time, but I just don't have the time to make a weekend out of it. I've got so much shit to do before I move it's stupid! Not to mention March/April are our busiest/most profitable months....so I stick close to here.
Maybe next season we'll plan a trip and go to Vail or something. Actually I've always wanted to go to Jackson Hole or even Whistler!!!!

looking for 240 @ 8% maybe take it to 250 at 10%-12% during the winter months. Currently sitting at 212 as of this morning with a 13%-14%. I normally do my bf testing with water displa***ent but have lost my connections to do that for free (actually my connection lost his job) so not exactly certain due to fat calipers being so iffy.

goal 200 lbs ~ 10% bf
Also have goal lifts as that is one of the most important things to me. Just started TRT going to do my best to get down to 12% bf then run a blast and eat a ton, see where I end up after that.

Currently-251.8lbs @ 17%
Goal-230lbs @ 10%....By the end of July 2012(My 35th birthday)
Going to do a Test/Mast blast to see if it will help get me to my goal.
After I reach my birthday goal, I would like to maintain at about 12-15% year round and then do some blasts to add some lean body mass.
