    the only thought i have is if you "need" to get shredded by august, why didn't you know this six months ago? so you could have given yourself more time?

    Well I don't 'need' to get shredded. I just wanna get a lean as possible for a beach holiday. I didn't think I'd be cutting for this long though I thought I could have a good cut done in about a month but I started my cut at around 18% bodyfat and now I'm around 11% i think.

    If you've already shed 7% bf then just keep doing what you've been doing for the next 7 weeks and you should be all set, no?
