Bale might be up for more but C Nolan, the guy who completely re-envisioned the series, has said in multiple interviews that he is done with Batman.

OK so Christophen Nolan (Batman Trilogy) and Zack Snyder (Watchemen and 300) are doing Superman, if anyone can get it right, its them two.
I expect to see a Superman more powerful than ever before seen on screen. And with a great story.

That'd be epic! About time they make a real Superman. The 2nd Batman n 300 are 2 of my favorite movies.. I've seen 300 prob 50+ times

i dont think the batman movies will ever stop ...i can picture myself in a nursing home and hearing the news of a new batman movie comming

superman stories get old an boring ...with his predictable vilians, no cool gadgets, and goodie-two-shoe ways *yawn* i dont even like his cartoon movies unless he has a supporting cast of super hero's or a realy cool super villian

I think they are going to really turn a new leaf on the superman series. Its never been done right, time to make it right

I agree with ya S4.. he's always been a bit of a pvssy but I think Razr's on to somethin here.. Especially with the directors stated above, I have a feeling he's gonna be a bit darker than previous portrayals, atleast I hope so.

There seems tp darker side to it, you can already tell. Looks like he go tired of being a reporter and Superman so he went to the sea to work on a boat, and you seem him hiking around in the cold refusing to use his powers just living a drifter lifestyle, then at then at the end he's going like mach 5, to me this is really cool.

no its def not over I think Ben Affleck is signed on to direct Justice League. SO you def need Batman if thats the case.

Bale and Nolan are done though. Warner Brothers has no more cash cows. No more Batman or Harry POtter so you best believe they are going to start cranking out comic books movies now.
