I'd love just to do some certificates for the competitors, so they get something. I have a place here next to the base that will do them but I'd need some donations. Especially if I have shirts made.

Started as a call out by razor and evolved into the current 5 man competition between razor, muscleink, capebuffalo, ares101, and s&s shovelhead. It's a run to 225 between sept 1 and Jan 1. Jan 1 these guys have to submit photos of mandatory poses of their best conditioning at 225. Being judged by times, misery, gearbox and I forget the others right now.

This is the short form of it all and this seems to be the first in what hooefully appears to be ongoing forum competitions.

We did a transformation challenge last year which was excellent... Hopefully this is good too

How are the competitors prove they are at 225 tho

Honor system. If you have to lie about something like this you need to figure some shit out that's gone wrong in your life. I took a pic of the scale at 201 this morning up from 193 on Tuesday. I'm gearing up. I don t have to lie and hope now one else is that sorry to have to. My thoughts but I'm an old fashioned southern boy. But if I find out you lie and your close watch your ass.
