1lb of chuck roast, 6 small white potatoes, some carrots and onion, and 3 peanut butter chocolate chip cookies currently in my belly is what's going on.

Been looking forward to it all day. Put it all in the slow cooker at 4:30 this morning and had to spend the day knowing it was just gonna be ready and waiting when I got home. It was glorious torture!

They, Are amazing, and rather cheap compared to Chicken/Beef.
Its a very dark, lean meat, alot of people dont like due to being too tough.

But i love it, and i eat everything rare.

Exactly. If you dont like a full on flavour, lean stringy meat, its not for you.

Sounds like it's similar to goat meat. Or beef tongue both of which are great.

Never tried Goat? As weird as it sounds, I dont feel that its something i would like, even though I eat Kangaroo and love it?

Beef Tongue.. That sounds freaky, I would be expecting to order that in a little gook restaurant, with a side of Dumplings and Prawns..

Goat is a dark meat and has a really bold flavor to it. Can't really compare it to anything else I've had.

Beef tongue on the other hand still has a fairly bold flavor, but it pulls apart like a properly cooked roast. It's kind of stringy as it seems every fiber of the muscle just falls apart on your fork. It's the most tender beef I've ever had. I don't know about the Asian eateries I've only ever had it in authentic Mexican restaurants.

The tongue is a great deal at the restaurant I get it at. I think it was 10 bucks for the meal and I get a whole tongue with rice and beans. Can't have it at home as ut disgusts the wife.

I wake up around 2-3 am to start getting ready for work. Then I'm in and out from about 3-8pm when I head to bed. But you are right, compared to most I think I keep some odd hours.

Oh man no my waking hours are 2am-8pm. I only work from 6-2:30 and get 2 10 min breaks and 30 for lunch so meals are easy to get in at work.

Fast enough, you guys know how fast 230km/h is? Thats the quickest ive managed to convince my self to bring it up to, and at that pace, it still pulls as hard 200-230 as it does 100-150, maxes at about 310?

Lol, Yeah for F1 we have the track at Albert Park, Melbourne.
And for Moto GP, the infamous Phillip Island.
