Gym still on hold until at least weekend. First meal was 7 eggs, pile of bacon, 1 slice toast, and some watermelon with my little girl.

Proatmeal: 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1/2 cup milk, bit of cinnamon.

Training shoulders this evening.

bagel with sugar free jam
black coffee

45 Minutes of fasted cardio
4 whole eggs and a whole grain muffin
2 hours later, egg white and whey shake with oats

I see a lot of people eating oats. forget oats, is my opinion. Any of you guys tried rolled barley instead? much better.

Had to take today off due to a lingering cold and wore out from yesterday. And it has affected my diet today.
Breakfast-3 eggs, i slice of whole wheat toast.
Cottage cheese
Ham sandwich
Pathetic.

I think it's close to a dollar a pound, really don't remember. Takes longer to cook, I premake a bunch, flavor it with coconut oil and agave nectar, then put fruit on it, eat it with meat of some sort. Honestly tastes better than oats, better texture, none of that nasty flavor of the bitterness of oats.

Went to the gym at 3:30am to do chest
Ate 5 whole eggs, 3 pieces of toast with raspberry jam and 4 pieces of thick cut bacon. Before I went to the gym, I had a single half cup serving of oatmeal with a little brown sugar (I don't keep track of how much) and an 8oz glass of OJ
