See this is where I think buttery might have an advantage, he said he is just getting back into training hard right? well he will likely be gaining back things he lost which tends to come back fairly well and his before and afters should have some solid change. Cape just looks awesome now, but can he wow us with those after pictures? I still think anyone could win.

yes yes, I added that last part on myself. but now that I think of it I will lose fat for a few weeks before I start bulking, so it's semi true. But no doubt I'm shooting for a LBM of 185 lbs!!!!!! at 5'8" it's sure to please.

I'll be starting a log! Training will be intense! Diet will be simple and large! Once we get closer in ill go into more detail. I've already started changing my diet up so I can drop some bf. here's today's meals...
