Everyone is looking really good, I'd say I'm by far the "heaviest" ie fattest, so gains will be hardest to notice. But I won't let it discourage me. Hitting it hard for sure.

My wife did a contest with some friends last year. but it was pretty retarded, they had an entry fee and everything, but the host of the contest let people have their entry fee back a few weeks into it that couldn't handle it. Anyways she took first place and ended up with about half of what she would have won, had they not been stupid and paid people back for dropping out. I'm sure that won't happen here for any circumstance, just don't go cancelling the comp with my money!!

3 lbs in 3 days so far, little slow for starting out since most is water weight, but I'm slowly reducing my calories and getting a feel for this. Time to go bust my ass all day.

It's got to be tough I would imagine, as you were prepping hard for that one, now you have to regroup yourself for the new contest.

I'm a huge fan of seeing people achieve their goals so this contest is going to be super motivational for me! I hope it does the same for everyone else. SS Shovelhead is rolling over as well. He was a month out from the start of his cycle though.

Im 5 weeks into mine. I just need to do a little math on the calendar and figure out my 2 best times to deload for 2 weeks each.

Yeah its frustrating but things change. We have to adapt and overcome. I hope that is what separates the winners from the losers.

Yeah, I definitely see that as a factor. Most guys will just be able to launch and go, you will have to be putting quite a bit of calculated thought into this, kind of like running a 5K marathon, now it's going to be a 10K for you. Hats off for giving it a go! If you pull it off, it was not only a physical win, but it will also be mental victory.

Oh I'm in it all the way. I just wasn't sure if you were gonna try and cut back before or try to bulk all the way through.

That's what I plan on doing. Gonna keep it up slow and steady then hit it hard on the start date. Maybe by the end I'll look like I lift something. Plus of I do it this way and make weight in this comp I should be able to run maintenance up to the start of my cut for the august show and make my goal of too end of the lightweight class.

I read the first few posts and the last few, so i may have missed some stuff, but 15lbs in 3 months? I did it it two weeks last time, if i could find the thread I stated, you would see Gixxer most annoyed at my disappointment in my progress.lol.

well anyway my stats today are 33years, 5'10, 11% ish bf, 205lbs, priming for a cycle right now, in the process of ordering some gear, and itching to get going, I love a competition

^ yeah thanks man, I kinda felt sorry for those who lost their partners, it taught me how much I had to put in to cut like that, now its a lot easier, also gave me a springboard for a cycle which was awesome because of the prep work, now the time is right for me to bulk, iv cut naturally again and using AAS to grow again, just like last year, but the comp seemed to be about cutting and AAS was not the right time for me, like i say the gear is near as ordered haha

It will be based on a point score. All of this will be gone over closer to comp Time
For instance you are not 15 lbs heavier minus five pts
Symmetry most improved lowest bf etc etc
