I will be doing here. We can pm later. I would be normal TRT dose 2 upto 2 weeks before the start if your going to use long esters. So it will be kicking on start date. IMO then hit it hard.

how many weeks is the contest in total? 15 weeks is pretty long. I don't think I will get my increased test going early personally. It's my first cycle don't want to go too long, should still make whatever gains I am going to make by the deadline anyways. But i dont get the pictures the week before, that really means the start date is a week earlier.

I wouldnt do any longer than 12 weeks so start 12 weeks before the finish date.

The pictures being due a week before gives you ample time to have a deadline. So like over a moth of notice to have pics ready.

But if I can do before pictures with a newspaper I might as well get it over with. although im losing weight and scale weight will drop dramatically before then. so best hold off and do week before?

As for waiting to start cycle that's great with me I need more time to lose fat, can actually do a full 8 week cut this way.

That should be fine . Just remember 11/1 is the official start and weigh in date.
