man one of my favs is brown rice, grilled chicken, black beans, avocado slice and buffalo sauce! That makes a good rice bowl.

chicken sucks, but that's what I am eating now, was grilled on the bbq last night, eating it with quinoa and grilled peppers and onions. I'd eat other meats any day over chicken. Not to mention quinoa and buckwheat are superior to rice. Rice sucks a major fatteh.
