    With a start date of 01nov12 and a end date of 15feb13. Ten competitors. Well eight more. Capebuffalo and SS ShovelHead are still in. Will weigh in and post pictures of the scale and a newspaper from that day and a full frontal picture with a newspaper from that day. These Pictures will be posted on the official contest thread that I will start 1 week before. They will be posted within 24hrs or your out and the next person that I have on deck will take your place. No exceptions. The goal of this contest will be for each competitor to gain a minimum of 15lbs while staying as lean as they can. They must show marked improvement in overall physique. Of course I plan on going into more detail like I did with the pumpkin classic. Yes I still have the money that was sent to me by those who sent it to me. As far as shirts. I don't know as I'm glad I hadn't finalized the first set. Maybe we can come up with some general Badass shirts.

    Thought everyone could use a reminder. We are getting close. Boys

    Im down to 185lbs this morning.. SO HUNGRY

    Now back to talking about beards....

    Buttery the technique of always shaving than growing when you want to never worked for me. I'm in the Army. I grow mine every long weekend. On leave. During deployments in certain countries, based off of mission. Grow and shave. Grow and shave. Has made my beard grow fuller, thicker, faster. Try it. MM13 loves my beard. But everything else gets shaved. To include my head.

    My body is being stubborn. I even fasted 24 hours one time this week, of course I ate a ribeye and some quinoa after the fast, but shouldn't have been a problem. I swear I was eating more the previous week and losing weight, maybe I need to stick to the really rigid schedule, forget the fasting part, although I don't think it is what set me over. Have a refeed meal tonight. But I have felt like I have been under eating, maybe I have just gone too long without food a few too many times. that and I was more active at work and home last week. This week work wasn't very physical, busy but easier on the body. Been doing more high intensity cardio, but might have to do some long duration stuff on my own time, problem is I don't have any. Easier for me to walk a few miles at work than at home.

    This is going to be an interesting weekend. My girlfriend is running a marathon and my workouts will take place in a hotel gym! I'm not sure what all they have but ill find out in the morning. Ill post a pic tomorrow along with my insanely pumped slabs of meat! Haha
