Guys are looking good, I don't have any photos, swear not losing weight like I expected, although I did eat bbq for breakfast and lunch with a protein shake in between, massive protein. But I benched 355x4, missed 5th rep because I flared too soon and lost lat support, it was close though. I have some tasks at work that would burn a crap ton of calories, but too many other projects to do right now so I haven't gotten to it yet, but going to try hard to get it in next week, that and we are short handed now so it's really tough to get some of these things done.
