Well I had to skip my leg day yesterday because I stayed up way to late studying and had to work all day. I got it in this morning and wanted to let y'all in on an update. I also posted some pics from my gym. We recently got a monolift and some new platforms and Olympic plates! Currently setting at 225 lbs!

I'm priming for the bulk via carb cycling, personally I think it's going well, maybe 5lb dropped max but I'm certain it's all fat, hopefully I can spring board 15 lbs up in the first two week.

I'm dropping as much fat as possible simply because I just have too much fat on me to do a cycle, probably still will when it comes time to start so cutting for another 3 weeks into comp, so my real start weight will be even lower but not count. But the end result should still be better, and safer too. but afterwards I will have to get back to losing bodyfat since even from a powerlifting stand point my strength to weight ratio needs to improve. There are lots of tricks people could do to make the comp more in their favor, but ultimately you are going to see before and afters and look for the most improvement as best as possible with what is presented.

I know this has been restated, about the week before comp a thread goes up post pictures blah blah. But it is the november 1 newspaper we are getting and taking pictures that day to be had within 24 hours right? The thread is just going up a week early?

If anybody else remembers the transformation challenge, IMO it's biggest downfall was the inability to commentate on yours or anybody else's own progress thus a lot of info lessons and banter was lost along the way, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME RULE APPLY THIS TIME JUDGES.
