Not sure what you're buying but I can supply myself with 3500 cals a day for under 100 bucks a week.

Fresh salmon for brekkie every day for a starter. Well it was fresh, now it's in my freezer.

Oh I got some oats that is more macro available than Quaker oats.

Not bad but I'll stick to my US store brand oats. I hope you don't pay extra for those.

I think these came from target and jus the generic they have This label is for the 40gram serving size but you can do the math if you want. And it only costs me about 2 bucks.

How long does that last? I spend at least $800 a month on groceries. And that's with trying to do it cheap, and using raw ingredients. I could easily spend more if I had it.

I was down to 216 last thursday. on track for my 15 lbs lost by start date, but might be able to pull off 20 lbs lost. Totaling 25 lbs before I begin my bulk though. Still haven't decided when to bump up the test. Also the holidays might be an issue because I will be traveling, but I'm thinking if I started blast mid nov that it will be fully kicking by christmas break and then I will be at inlaws, but might have a place to train. Or if I start it earlier i have thanksgiving to worry about also. I don't want the only month I can hit it hard to be jan and start of feb. It's not even the training part that would be the hardest, it's the food issue. Trying to keep the family trips relatively short, since traveling is a pain with three kids anyways and I have plenty of projects at home I would like to use my time on. -Seo

Has everyone sent in there entry fees?

    I'm willing to bet no.

I'm pretty sure there was a cut off date. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Please and thank you.

maybe i just dreamed up it being due that week. Glad you guys have it under control. Sometimes though some things are hard to understand, as you can see from the official page people ask questions, because sometimes need more clarification. It's a big issue at work, boss will come up and ask something, and I will have no clue what he is talking about, till I ask a few questions. Funny how our brains work I know I do it because all the pieces are already there in my head so when I tell someone something it makes sense to me, but if someone were to go back and look at what I said you could tell it left out all those details.
