Bulk food. 4x4 animal style with fries and shake. Going to be interesting this week since traveling. While sitting there an 80 yr old man asked me who I played football for. Of course I said no one. And he said well with a body like that. Lol what do you say to that. One day I will compete in powerlifting then I can just tell them that.

Well that's ****ed it ! I've only gone and got food poisoning ! Stupid fried chicken from the take away ! Throwing up all night and now I've got the shits, I dare not get on the scale, I'm sure it will have decimated my gains. No gym and no food today :-(

Worked chest yesterday and back today, surprisingly I felt strong, and had decent workouts, Doms in chest today. I carried on the gear protocol apart from the Adrol which I started again today. Still not much food inside me, but this is starting to increase now. On the up side I have called in sick at work, and the rest is doing me a world of favours, now if I could only stay off the crapper for more than half an hour......

So according to friends scale I've gained 10 lbs this week as of Wednesday sure its worse after yesterday. Traveling since Friday. Mon trained upper body at a crossfit gym during their classes. At least I got some props for my overhead pressing. Then Wednesday dead lifting at friends. Going back Saturday to train bench with their crew. Haven't decided if I want to do 5x5 or go for a max, or maybe triples.

Anyone else started to hit the tanning yet? Having to take a weak off due to illness/possible over training so thought I'd do something productive. Over did it on the first day and burnt nicely.

I've tanned twice now. Going for a little base then hit it hard closer to it.
Weighed 228 today, hit a bench pr of 385 after I missed it twice. Should surpass my goal of 405 during this bulk.

Just weighed myself at 214.8 lbs to which I am both surprised and happy with, so I'm up 15.2 lbs. I'm still using Adex but I've ordered some proviron to use instead, it will complement the test and deca and still prevent estrogen. Adrol ceased for a few days back there, it will continue for two more weeks.
I NEED to absolutely hammer training this next week! Gotta make it count, right ? Appetite is back up, watched BB vids and mr Olympia, motivation is up, just hope the strength is.
