Haven't even stepped on the scales since weigh in. Should see a gain I hope.

Roast beef and spinach for me for lunch today. Still carbs only after training right now. But expect a good 5 lbs gained from this friday till friday after thanksgiving.
I'm also planning 4 day splits basically, upper and lower is the easiest way to explain it, but if it's too easy, then the intensity and heavy lifting will increase even more, or extra assistance and volume.
I would like to do 15 minutes of HIIT cardio once a week, but usually that makes it hard for me to recover, but if calories are right I might be able to fit it in.

Haha, my gf actually stopped in the middle of "stuff" the other day to point out my rear delts and say how they're getting big fast.
My shoulders have gained more than other parts since I gave them their own day.
Shoulder day:
Military press
Shoulder press
Rear delt fly (on pec machine)
Behind head ISO press
Lateral raise superset with front raise

hmm, 2 days left of cutting. just ate 2.5 lbs of pork and a snack size bag of almonds, still flipping hungry. Carbed up last night, and carbing up again thursday night, friday will be bod pod readings and pictures. My body weight will be well above my 208.8 weigh ins for comp, not depleted at all, and want to just get a reading on bf and lean mass. Thinking I've still lost some fat since weigh ins though, dropped my ai completely, experimented with DIM, made me feel like trash, going to see how long I can go without an ai, or anything else. Started my blast, so i'm pretty much ready to get it. Donate blood friday after bf measurements, and I should be feeling really good for a while, and stay healthy. I know people might be like wtf no ai, and if I'm feeling it too much then I will use one, but honestly the extra water retention makes you stronger, and I react very poorly to arimidex .

Really really hungry, and ate the rest of the almonds after and still wanted more food. It was basically two full plates of just pork. I did squat pretty heavy monday, that tends to boost my appetite. Reverse band box squat with 485 for a triple. and it's been a little over an hour since I ate it, and I really want more food. That was supposed to last me all day, and I don't have anything else at work to eat.
