This is weird Adrol, the gains stay a while after I stop taking it, and no liver pain either. :-)

I cant do flat because of my left shoulder. I incline just enough to take the angle off the shoulder. And not high enough to have to use a lot of shoulder.

Got tired of cortisone shots. Those needles do bother me. Too big

Going in for bod pod reading now going to be dissapointed if I lost lots of muscle. My arms and shoulder joint is killing from squats. I need a safety squat bar, I have a spare bar I was going to cut and modify but haven't had spare time. Excited to gain some serious mass. Hoping I can limit these pains so it doesn't hinder progress. I squatted again last night but did way too much walking this week not recuperating. Hope this pat isn't too negative, really excited to kill it. Oh and don't mind the unflexed legs thought she was only getting upper.

This is a perfect example at an experienced lifter who just knows what works for him and what doesn't.
It is so odd how many different exercises will hurt something and not others.

It's all trial and error. A little turn twist or extension can make a huge difference for an individual. Just feel the best way to engage the muscle group. Took years to stop doing cause that's the way I learned to do it. Everybodys body is different.

Thanks cape! Nice veins in thick shoulders. Ok bod pod results. Bw 217.12. Bf 21.4%. That's almost 15 lbs fat lost and over 3 lbs lean gained in 8 weeks. I was 26.8% bf. pretty happy with results.

As I go to bed I weigh 217 lbs, I'm off carbs tomorrow, I also have itchy nipples so I have taken 0.5 g of anastrozole, so I expect to weigh less come Monday morning.

I do this at the end of my workout. Try going up to 15 reps of flys directly into 15 rotating presses. Best pump of any workout IMO. "I know your already super setting but I doubt your going up to 30 reps per set" for me it makes a big difference from ten rep superset

Expecting a shit workout today cause I'm getting over a cold. Skipped last 2 days. Started peps again Wednesday, I forgot how much these blow you up on cycle. Last weigh in was 215.0, today 219.3 (water) but even tho I looked leaner, more striations and vascular than ever. Plus it was prolly my best workout in months even tho I'm sick. I'll take it.

Yea flat destroys my shoulders but incline is no problem. Like I mentioned earlier, I lift just as much incline as I do flat.
