Nice, I don't see any fat gain in pics, looking good.
I ate way too much last week, or moreso bad food options. Going to keep things simple with diet next couple weeks and then ramp the calories up a bit, and then slowly increase over the bulk, see how it goes. appetite is already getting pretty strong, so imagine it will dictate things anyways. I haven't had to force feed myself for growth for a number of years, but back at 145 lbs I sure had to.

Today I'm rediscovering my version of the oat pancakes. Work great as a stand alone meal or as the carb source for a larger meal.

I'm back baby.
After 3 weeks of garbage workouts I finally figured out what was wrong. Ditched my poison dbol and have been rocking my workouts the last two days. Feels so good to be back in the game.

hour and 15 minutes till lunch, and somehow I am already way hungry, pounded the calories yesterday and had a fair amount this morning. I don't feel like the test has kicked in yet, especially with how terrible my squat session was last night, i feel way banged up, short of breath, and overall pretty weak. If donating blood fixes things great, but if I'm still feeling iffy i'm dropping my ai and my vitamins that i seem to have allergies to. And my voice is gone can barely talk from this sore throat. So many negatives lol.
All I can think is the lower body progress is just going to take more time, I just hope things start picking up in the next few weeks so I can reach my goals.

Weighed 231 tonight. I don't get it, I'm not force feeding nor do I even feel like I'm slamming the cals. Maybe one day of it . I feel a little puffy, shoulders feel huge and rest of me feels pretty dense and hard.

Well I have an awesome week training, every muscle is begging for a rest : as planned. Diet was spot on, weight is fluctuating around 215 :-(
I'm trying to stay fairly lean throughout the process though, although with all them carbs I piled in I thought I would have put on more fat, so all things considered I'm happy, I plan to train and eat the same next week also then maybe bump up calories again.
Proviron is having a good effect I think.
