    What's better than lifting? Bj and sex while lifting? Ok in between a set. Love my garage.

    Probably last bench session or should say first at starting progression on moving the weights up, matched my 5 rep pr without too much trouble. And believe it or not I did a supinated curl for the first time in forever.

    I think I need to add an afternoon meal. Weigh same as last week and can tell I slowed down on eating.

    I was up at 230 and in the gym at 4 so not as soon as I wake up.

    I have yet to try front squats with the free weights, but I do alternate with the squat machine at my gym. Some weeks I'll hit it with my back to the pad and others I face the pad.
