    Well I was messing with the cuff towards the end and the needle fell out or i accidentally pulled it out, so got some blood on my pants, and that's really what stopped me from getting it to the top, that and it was going slow which is why I was messing with it. But seriously, much better experience then going to the donation center, I mean I am going to try and go there when I can, but only if it's not a big hassle, hate to waste my super human blood. But there's no mark from where I did it, and it was painless.

    Calories were way low this weekend and I can feel it. No real solid schedule results in napping when I should be eating, that and taking care of kids pushing back when i can eat.

    First dose of ghrp was a few minutes ago. Think I'll start with 100mcg am and 100mcg pwo. Then go up from there.

    You mean up dose or frequency? Diminished returns on that stuff much past 100 mcg. Get a far better benefit adding a little mod grf(1-29)

    Frequency mostly. From datbtrue I believe 150mcg the upper limit for a single dose. And up to 3 times per day.

    Just gonna roll with the ghrp for a bit to see how it goes before I add another to the mix.

    Flat bench. 2-3 sets to warm up. First set is 1 plate. Second set 2 plates. 3rd set 3 plates. 8-15 reps. Usually fewer reps on the last set.

    Incline dumbbell press. Shoot for 10-12 reps. 4 or 5 sets. Usually start around 70lbs and work up to 120lbs.

    Standing cable flys 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps.

    Hammer strength incline machine.

    Dips 3 set to failure.

    Posing practice 20 minutes.

    Yeah dpyle just checking cause as long as they 3 hours or more apart and on empty stomached you can do lots of doses.
