Well I was messing with the cuff towards the end and the needle fell out or i accidentally pulled it out, so got some blood on my pants, and that's really what stopped me from getting it to the top, that and it was going slow which is why I was messing with it. But seriously, much better experience then going to the donation center, I mean I am going to try and go there when I can, but only if it's not a big hassle, hate to waste my super human blood. But there's no mark from where I did it, and it was painless.

Calories were way low this weekend and I can feel it. No real solid schedule results in napping when I should be eating, that and taking care of kids pushing back when i can eat.

545 reverse band box squat success. Better lookin than the 525.
Yeah dpyle just checking cause as long as they 3 hours or more apart and on empty stomached you can do lots of doses.
