    Any specific macros?? I know the Hollidays are about impossible to fit a diet into but I mean in general.

    325 400 50. Depending on the workout that day. I'm not super strict its not a comp on stage where it need to be perfect like yours. I'm sure you weigh everything individually at this point. I remember taking all day Sunday making meals.

    I make all my food each morning after fasted cardio. I got it down to about 45min. Including eating my first meal. I've never been a dieter and really never been on an exact diet "except for one summer when I had a nutritionist" I usually just eat 50-60g of protein every 1.5-2hrs trying everything in my power to not go more then 2hrs without protein.. I have a bag of tuna, tuperwaees of meat, protein bars, shakes, even bags of beef jerky and a tub of peanut butter all in a big cooler in my car. As far as everything else I eat as much as I possibly can....

    things going like crap for me. Trained once last week last saturday, nothing so far this week. Pretty sick yet I feel ok like I could train, but right now I can barely even talk, and there was a little blood in my mucus I coughed up last night, so far none today so not too worried. I would be staying home but i have crazy problems to fix at work right now. I might have to pull an all nighter at work tonight too, if I can get everything done I'll try to see the doctor tomorrow.

    thanks, thing is there's only one person here that can do what i do, do i ask him to pull an all nighter on my behalf? lol, it either gets done in two early mornings starting by 3 am, or all night, thing is it has to be done faster than two mornings. I should have just got some people to come in with me during vacation and fix this crap.

    In 12 hours ill be taking off and heading to Florida for a few days! Cape, I believe ill be in your territory for a bit. I have 2 hour layover in GA.

    Holiday bloat is gone so I'm sitting about 6lbs from goal and kind of surprised I've been able to stay as lean as I have with nothing more than the ghrp for the last 3 weeks.

    My all nighter at work went well. got everything done in about 8 hours. Been napping, sleeping in the car and such all day. Actually feel sick now, sucks. Staph infection in my nose and I have a cold he says. So I have something for my nose, and if things don't get better within a couple weeks will have to do something more about it all. Going to try and lift tomorrow and get back at it, can't give up now.

    thought I'd share tonight's training as I am pretty sick and things went really well, staph infection in nose and a cold although I think the infection spread and is why I have some other issues. but that's what the doctor said at least.

    So I was going to do 5 sets of 5 reps of squats, planned it to be 405x5 for my fifth and last set. beltless mind you. I managed the five reps without much trouble so decided rather than wait another session to bump up I would go for 425, got five reps there also without any strength issues, only a bit of pain but otherwise was easy. So I went up to 445 for my seventh set. on fourth rep I started to fall backwards, so I made it up fast and stepped back with one foot, caught myself, got back into position and did the fifth rep which fried my back. So 445x5 is a major PR for me, I can barely stand up. And just a bit ago peptides kicked in and I just barely made it to the toilet to burp a bunch before the vomit sensation went away, worst its ever been for me. It never lasts more than 5 minutes, but that time was a close call, almost didn't think I would make it to the toilet.

    I almost wasn't going to train tonight, but I am really glad I did. Just hope I didn't fry myself for the next two weeks instead of setting myself up for continual gradual progress.

    I always talk at least a day usually two any time i hit a pr day... I defiantly would in your case with a 40lb pr day... Plus your sick??? Your a beast bud but you still need down time... All squat workout session.... "I like your style seoinage!!!!" Personally I'd take up to three days off eat big as possible and see if I could do it again... Just to make sure its really a pr and not just a beast day... 445 for 5 ain't bad bud keep it up

    Haha thanks, I actually did SLDL after then band leg curls and some planks.

    I'm so sick of not lifting that's my second session in two weeks, but probably making it worse still.

    My next lower session will be speed box squats against bands. Then next would be heavy dead lifts. Then front squats. Then back to regular squats, will go for 465 then for 5.

    You know you may be feeling like shit bc your body's toxicity is so high... When I'm on long cycles especially when running tons of pills I start to feel like complete shit and I'm soooo lethargic.. But again I'm always by far my strongest then also.... Just made me think of this bc I remember you saying your blood was a weird color or consistency... My blood gets thick too when this happens. Drop anythin harsh and all orals and see if you have improvements

    I have to give blood this week. 6 wks since last time. I know it's thick as maple syrup in winter.
