things going like crap for me. Trained once last week last saturday, nothing so far this week. Pretty sick yet I feel ok like I could train, but right now I can barely even talk, and there was a little blood in my mucus I coughed up last night, so far none today so not too worried. I would be staying home but i have crazy problems to fix at work right now. I might have to pull an all nighter at work tonight too, if I can get everything done I'll try to see the doctor tomorrow.

thanks, thing is there's only one person here that can do what i do, do i ask him to pull an all nighter on my behalf? lol, it either gets done in two early mornings starting by 3 am, or all night, thing is it has to be done faster than two mornings. I should have just got some people to come in with me during vacation and fix this crap.

Holiday bloat is gone so I'm sitting about 6lbs from goal and kind of surprised I've been able to stay as lean as I have with nothing more than the ghrp for the last 3 weeks.

My all nighter at work went well. got everything done in about 8 hours. Been napping, sleeping in the car and such all day. Actually feel sick now, sucks. Staph infection in my nose and I have a cold he says. So I have something for my nose, and if things don't get better within a couple weeks will have to do something more about it all. Going to try and lift tomorrow and get back at it, can't give up now.

thought I'd share tonight's training as I am pretty sick and things went really well, staph infection in nose and a cold although I think the infection spread and is why I have some other issues. but that's what the doctor said at least.
So I was going to do 5 sets of 5 reps of squats, planned it to be 405x5 for my fifth and last set. beltless mind you. I managed the five reps without much trouble so decided rather than wait another session to bump up I would go for 425, got five reps there also without any strength issues, only a bit of pain but otherwise was easy. So I went up to 445 for my seventh set. on fourth rep I started to fall backwards, so I made it up fast and stepped back with one foot, caught myself, got back into position and did the fifth rep which fried my back. So 445x5 is a major PR for me, I can barely stand up. And just a bit ago peptides kicked in and I just barely made it to the toilet to burp a bunch before the vomit sensation went away, worst its ever been for me. It never lasts more than 5 minutes, but that time was a close call, almost didn't think I would make it to the toilet.
I almost wasn't going to train tonight, but I am really glad I did. Just hope I didn't fry myself for the next two weeks instead of setting myself up for continual gradual progress.

Haha thanks, I actually did SLDL after then band leg curls and some planks.
I'm so sick of not lifting that's my second session in two weeks, but probably making it worse still.
My next lower session will be speed box squats against bands. Then next would be heavy dead lifts. Then front squats. Then back to regular squats, will go for 465 then for 5.
