well today was brutal, top set of squats last night was 395x5, but back was already fried from deadlifts last week. So today I did a crap ton of walking with gear and going up ladders, and on really rough terrain, start of day I could barely walk, and now my feat just kill. Plus been eating so much it's hard for me, getting sick of food. But even with the pain, at least I feel like a beast.

I don't get it cause I was starving this morning, started to eat and lost my appetite, had to force it down. I'm talking like two bites and it hit.

I'm draining some blood when my tubing gets here. Thinning out the blood should get my libido going strong again.

shove needle in my arm=profit? Well Bass has a video of him doing it himself, I've donated blood before and know how it works. I will just refresh myself right before doing it, plan to remove a pint. I would have donated blood a couple weeks ago but bastards said my pulse was 3 bpm too high and refused to retest, well excuse me for running around building to find an open entrance. My blood is really thick, I got a bloody nose yesterday and it just gathered on my face didn't notice it till i wiped it with my hand, never had it be that thick.

Biggest concern is keeping things sterile, will have wife close by in case I pass out, but never had that happen before. I aggravated my nose again this morning blowing it, it didn't seem as thick then, but I drank a ton of water last night, been really thirsty, I thought i was drinking plenty of water, but maybe my tuesday work day really dried me up.

I'd like to avoid aspirin if possible, I need to get on a good schedule of blood donation and then get a CBC done and see if I can avoid any blood thinners. I believe my sister is still on blood thinners, I just hope I didn't pick up that genetic defect.

Hope my scale is broke. Evening weight with converse shoes and gym clothes 241

Edit: took some measurements, arms are half inch bigger than their previous biggest. Glutes are same size. legs are one inch bigger. neck is an inch bigger than a few weeks ago, but not as large as it's biggest. It would appear the body fat gain is minimal, I think some pictures will be in order in the next week or so. Can't imagine what it will be like at end of bulk, looking forward to losing the fat and exposing it all next year, plan is to stay under 15% always after that. I'm just shocked at the weight, as I had a grueling squat work out monday, then hiking climbing rough stuff tuesday all day, barely able to walk wednesday, can't get up the stairs without grief, to today's squat training finished up and didn't even feel like I did anything difficult and could go round two. Upper body not feeling so good tonight, squatting is putting some bad strain on shoulders and biceps, so I'm doing more stretches to loosen up my shoulder capsules, and some dislocations.

My friday weigh in records a 19 lbs rise since nov 1, strength is up a lot this week, I'm eating shed loads and staying lean, upping the cals next week hoping to break 220lbs

Awesome. At least I'm not alone on the massive weight gain. 209 to 235 26 lbs. here's a pic of my organic buckwheat barley quinoa pecan apricot apple pancakes, I'm a pro chef.
