^^^ I'm OK, weight was down to 197.2 lbs this AM which is a lot lower than i wanted to be for the start of the competition.
Secondly I am waiting for the postman to drop my gear through the letterbox, I have my other source on standby just in case they're not here for Thursday.
Thirdly I am unsure as to wether to start a log or not, Its going to be pretty much the same throughout the comp with a little twist at the end.

I'm excited about start of comp, but on the other hand really worried about stupid vacations and such over the holidays and figuring out where I am going to train and how I am going to eat over those periods.

Im pretty sure I lost muscle, I was weak in the gym today, and im so carb depleted my stomach has shrunk to the size of an 8 year old girl, I cant wait for gear and carbs.
I'm staying at home for the christmas holidays, the gym will be open in the morning so the training is sorted, the family usually buys us choclates for xmas bit I have asked for nuts this time. We are going out for Xmas this year, so we are not even doing a 'BIG xmas shop', so that means no crap in the house to nibble on.
Partying is going to be hard not drinking I will be honest about that, I have cut drinking down to about once a month while cutting down, so I know it can be done and I have been out partying while stone cold sober. Orals are going to be run for 5 or 6 weeks, so drinking will defo be out for that period, It could be my only downfall.

I'm looking forward to Xmas this year as since I stopped drinking it'll b the first time ill actually enjoy it playing with the kids and their new toys especially my sons new 3dsxl complete with the new sky landers giant game and the gym is only closed on Xmas day

My wife wants to take a trip to visit family 4 hours away on christmas and thanksgiving. And wants me to take extra work off before thanksgiving so we can have our own little vacation before. And after christmas might be doing a dirt biking trip. So I kind of have a place to train for free when visiting family, but will still be hard to sneak away. The one trip before thanksgiving I would probably have to spend a fortune to train. and then the dirt biking trip there is no where to weight lift, and I will be burning mega calories each day, and have only camping supplies to cook my food.
Personally I don't care to visit family over the holidays, it would be nice for them to see my kids and such, but it is going to be a major pain staying with relatives and taking care of everything else, it just doesn't seem worth it. We visited last year, but year before we got out of it. was hoping to get out of it this year too.Last edited by SEOINAGE; 10-29-2012 at 02:22 PM.

My wife made a bunch of freezer meals and things over the last 6 months. Then her mom gave us a bunch she made, oh boy they were gross. I freeze a lot of what I cook now. I make an 8 lb pork butt, but I can't eat it every dang meal, so I have to freeze it in baggies and then reheat it. It works out quite well as my weekends I have more time to cook than during the week. Definitely a good thing to do if you have a baby coming and your wife won't be wanting to cook, and likely you will be too busy to be cooking non stop yourself.

it's on now. I just read the new scoring rules. Sounds awesome, and the bonus points is a nice touch, of course you don't want to throw away the 5 points you get from body fat, but potential to score a couple points extra if you can keep your bodyfat from elevating. Inc 30 lbs muscle gain? hahaa

nothing but unsalted, unflavored chicken and water today. Breakfast took forever to eat, have lunch coming up soon. I was towards the end and had a big bite in my mouth when I got this funky flavor, kept trying to just eat it, but then it was making me want to vomit, so I spit that piece out, and dang near threw up the rest. I want some real food!!!!!! I want this bulk to start. 2 weeks for me, going to be torture. At least after weigh ins on thursday I can have a replenishment day.

I need some advice on when to start my blast, few other factors have come into place. Keep in mind, plan is to cut for another couple weeks as my body fat is still too high, thinking I will weigh thursday under 210, want to be 203 before bulk. Aso 2 weeks after comp ends is a powerlifting competition nearby, would think it would be a good time to do my first meet at the end of getting massive. So I could carry my cycle out to the comp. So basically if I started nov 1st it would be 15 weeks for bulk classic and 17 weeks for power meet. If I wait till after my cut to start pinning more test, I can keep it closer to 12 weeks to 13 weeks for bulk classic. Or make my cut slightly longer? One thing I want to make sure to do is have a bit extra test in me as I transition from this extremely low calorie state to a surplus. But I also don't want to blast for 4 weeks till it's really in my system then bulk, because that would put me way behind unless I started pinning right away.
At this point the plan is to do Bod Pod tests November 15th. and transition into bulk then. But I could start blasting that same day, or I can have a couple weeks prior to really ramp up my test. Using test C, tripling trt dose. I know people recommend steroid newbies do 12 week cycles with long esters, but as I am already on trt, could I get by with a 15 week blast? Plan to also donate blood nov 15, because it makes me feel good, and probably necessary before the extra food and test. A this point leaning towards starting test sometime in between maybe next week. I just need some people's advice on this one. Overall I think I will be able to achieve great results however I do it, I just want to make sure I don't flat out do something stupid health wise.
