chicken sucks, but that's what I am eating now, was grilled on the bbq last night, eating it with quinoa and grilled peppers and onions. I'd eat other meats any day over chicken. Not to mention quinoa and buckwheat are superior to rice. Rice sucks a major fatteh.

I've learned that if you want to be able to grow a beard, you need to grow it out than shave it. Grow it. Shave it. It will really fill out more and more. When I initially tried to grow mine, I looked like Joe dirt. But I grew and shaved it and grew and shaved it. Now I can grow a full red beard. I'm currently growing mine out now. Capebuffalo is trying to grow his out like me but is falling way behind.

Dang I shouldn't have cut my beard last weekend. shaved the sides and left the goatee, it was getting pretty large. I will probably grow it back, I think I look better with more skin showing but I want my beard back already.

mine doesn't like it. and then when I shave it she tells me it looks funny, can't win. I told her I was going to grow it to my chest. We'll see how long goatee gets before I start growing the rest back in. She also makes fun of me when my hair is shorter than my beard which is always, I told her there was a solution to that problem as well and that I could grow my hair to my shoulders. It's funny because she will say she is going to do something crazy like shave her head, so I tell her to go for it. Love when they can't win with threats.
