Just a bears up to the competitors.... When you do the pictures, you will need to use a USA today newspaper. That way if the judges are unable to see the date we can still see the cover of it and know that it is still current.

speaking of might have to do some writing down of things, and better planning. I still am debating when to actually start pinning my cycle, but I think I have a good strategy figured out. ordered a few supplemental things, and tanning assistance as well. Not positive on diet how I want to do things yet, but better start coming up with some meal plans, so I have adequate groceries when I need it, grocery store is 2 hours away.

Lower backs been ****ed for 2 weeks and still not better fml. Tricep tendon has started to hurt again and now my forearm!!! I must be getting old like swifto!
Ill take it easy for the next few weeks while i continue to diet / prime.
