We each have to put on a min of 15 lbs. and improve ourselves.
The guy how has made the most change for the better is the winner.
So stop looking at everybody else. Start seeing where you want to go and where you need to improve.

I get headaches from squats over 350 lbs and over 7 reps, 8 reps on anything over 375 and all sudden i''m on the floor trying to recuperate. As for traps, I don't hit them directly, just deadlift and variations, as well as overhead pressing. Never had what you mention.
