    Of course I train legs, I will have over a 500 lb squat by the time I'm done with this comp, 415x5 no belt just the other day.

    Thanx for that cape I think I lost sight of the original game plan couldn't see the wood for the trees as so to speak
    So basically it's whoever looks better than before with the addition of 15lbs or thereabouts
    I'm getting old now cape even my 3 year old daughter has to explain things to me hahaha
    Don't fret tho the word quit doesn't appear in my vocabulary so I'm here till the end

    They don't look 15. U have decent length down ur lower leg with them. Mine are super short.

    I get headaches from squats over 350 lbs and over 7 reps, 8 reps on anything over 375 and all sudden i''m on the floor trying to recuperate. As for traps, I don't hit them directly, just deadlift and variations, as well as overhead pressing. Never had what you mention.

    Only time I've had similar issues was when I caught myself dipping my head when trying to squeeze out a couple more reps. Also fvcked my neck up pretty good at the same time. Couldn't move my head right for a couple weeks.
