Two boys charged with kidnapping and murdering a 12 year old girl.

    http://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/24/ny...uale.html?_r=0

This shit really makes me sick to my stomach and really hit home. I live 30 minutes from where this all took place. I knew LE officers who were searching for this girl. What the hell really posses two kids to do something like this? I give the mother A LOT of credit for essentially turning her children in for what they did, but at the same time - Shouldn't she have been aware that her children have some type of serious sickness or sociopath tendencies? She could have done the best job to raise her two boys, and they still chose to be complete, disturbed, scum bags. I just find it hard to believe that within the 15 years of raising her children, that she didn't see any signs of strange behavior

I hope they try these two kids as adults. I'd like to see how tough they are when they're in State Prison with the big dogs.

An adopted son of a family I know an another boy took a girl out to the woods they were friends with and shot her in the head just to see how it felt to kill someone. Point blank range with a colt.

    Some people are just sick

Hopefully they will know how it feels to have something shoved up their ass while they are showering in State Prison.

It's easy to see when you are looking in from the outside since it's all at once but it's like an abusive relationship, it's happens gradually and you sort of get use to the behavior and it's almost normal. You do what you can to correct the behavior and keep having faith that something will work to fix things but usually it just keeps getting worse until it blows up like this and then it's obvious but to late.

I have been in a relationship that everyone from the outside said how could you deal with it for so long. It's barbecue it's day by day. Not much different than Body Dysmorphic Disorder. You dont see what the truth really is.

I'm really at a loss for words and I don't even know what to say. I feel they should be tried as adults. Evil is kind of a slippery slope. I think people start out with a lot of freedom of the mind and ability to make choices. After making dark decisions for long enough, some people just turn off the morality detector part of their decision making process. I actually heard about this story earlier and incorporated it into my daydream while I was walking for cardio. In my daydream I am superman and can punish anyone who does this type of thing.

I agree. When it comes to MURDER everyone should be tried as adults. Accidental death or ??? is different but a senseless killing there is just something not wired right with them and only way to fix it is 24/7 monitoring.

It's interesting how these boys were basically caught because of a facebook posting. It seems like a common trend with this generation of kids now a days is to brag about evil shit you do via facebook. Anyone remember the video I posted a few weeks ago about the 6 black girls jumping the retarded woman? They also got caught for running their mouths on facebook. Remember the one I posted about the two NJ teens beating up the homeless guy - they also got caught by posting the video on facebook.

I'm glad these motherfvckers are getting caught, but you would think they would have a LITTLE more common sense than to post all of their wrong doings on a social networking site for the world to see.

Youth and common sense is an oxymoron. They two almost never go together. It's just good they are getting caught.

From the sounds of it they may have done it all over stealing her bicycle. One of the brothers traded BMX bike parts and she was out riding her bike when the got her to go to their place. They say there appears to be no sexual assault, they strangled her. So it was all over a bike? Messed up any way you look at it.

Yup I just read the same thing. I feel really bad for her family. To make matters even worse this week was her birthday.

Word of mouth is that one of the brothers was a facebook friend with Autumn (the victim's) brother. Apparently her brother put up a status saying something along the lines of "the police dogs are currently going around with the officers trying to find any sign of Autumn), then the dumb ass perpetrator brother wrote something like "Wow....there are really police dogs getting involved?" and the mother found that strange that he had such a weird response.

Like I said, that's hear say from different Law Enforcement officers around here...

They released the names of the boys. Two black boys. Do you think they will get charged with a hate crime? If the shoe was on the other foot, and two white boys killed a black girl, would that be a hate crime?

Aren't all crimes like this, hate crimes? I mean they fvcking murdered a little girl. There is no rehabilitation for this sort of crime, they need to be executed. But uhh come on you know they're not going to charge them with a hate crime. Only white people get charged with that.

i think there is a pretty clear motive (bicycle) in this case, which means there won't be any hate crime here. as stated above, pretty much all crimes are hate crimes and i think the hate crime legislation needs to get KTFO. this is a sad and tragic event that won't be made any better by adding race into it. just make sure these two kids spend the rest of their adult lives in prison and pray for some peace for that young girl and her family.

agree there certainly seems to be a lot of bias in the application of the hate crime legislation, that's why i'd really like to see it stricken from the books.

i've only read the same reports on the news outlets every one else has though, and this doesn't have anything to do with a "hate crime"

If two white boys murdered an innocent black girl on her bicycle, Al Sharpton would be marching through NJ holding up signs, rioting, screaming "Hate Crime!" faster than Jesse Jackson can run a sprint....

I can't blame video games, movies or music. I played, watched and listened to very graphic stuff as a younger child. I think it's more or less a product of environment and up bringing.
