Easy. Stuck arm straight up. Bend back at the elbow. Take other hand and push elbow back until pin goes in rear delt. Then lean against wall pushing the plunger in.

Isn't that how everyone does it?

Not going to bad...broke down and had a 12" sub yesterday but the fasted cardio has been every morn and even cpl times a day on 2 days so far. No weight loss yet but not gaining either. May have to up the workouts though...I feel I'm losing Muscle on the upper lower plan.

dont like the sounds of that (not losing weight). my guess is ur not eating correctly. with the 12" sub id find it hard to imagine ur staying compliant with ur diet.

why do u feel ur losing muscle? ive been on it and have maintained/gained strength for going on 7 weeks and im not on tren .. a slight bit weaker today during squat but i have reduced my carbs from 350g EOD to 200g EOD..

The sub was a one day thing...baby steps man lol. The cardio has only been this week with the new edition of the elliptical. I suspect it will start showing soon.

the upper/lower is designed for preserving LBM and cutting fat. how well have u been following the diet we talked about? also if u are fasting and running carbs the way i told u to u will be a bit depleted which can make u look and "feel" smaller
