Ran into some revenge snags...connection at Verizon is no longer there, Need subpeona's for cell info, ip info, email info, and bank info through paypal. I have an IP from an email he sent me, an email address and a cell #...and a supposed name.
Anybody have any thoughts or experience in these areas. I could get subpeonas done through a LE friend but was hoping to do things a bit more "old fashioned"

HA HA HA HA
You got Nigerian scammed ! ! ! !
I deal with these trolls all day. . . .
Seriously, why didn't you just email me?

It wont
I deal with a lot of low life dirt bags like this. But, I really didn't think anyone really fell for this. Geez bro, WTF?
Sucks though
In most cases, I do the scamming. But, I don't do this. Hitting people for cash directly is just plain out bad karma. I thought about it, money is money. I have a few of these "ideas" that I can run. But, this is just plain out bad.

You sound a lot like me. It's not about the money or how much, although sometimes it is but it's about the principal and not letting someone do this to you or someone else.
BTW not to get off subject but this is also why I asked people to help in TRs situation with just sending email do the person who is threatening him.
Hopefully you will get resolution out of this he does not get away with it. I have gotten lucky in a couple situations where I called my credit card company and explained what happened and the person on the phone immediately when in and retrieved my phone for me. It was pretty cool we needed that. All my Pay Pal transactions I paid your credit card not directly through my bank account, I find it's much safer.Last edited by lovbyts; 12-20-2012 at 04:01 PM.

Great idea
A credit card is one of the only ways you have a possible chance of recouping on this kind of faulty transaction.
I mean seriously, are people that trusting? I guess the answer is yes, since I sell devices all day and I get people who don't even verify functionality upon purchase.

Nothing wrong with credit cards if you use them right. I only have two I use 1. I get air miles and the other cash back and both I paid 100 percent every month and have never paid interest in over 3 years.
I have a feeling TR is 1 of those who is PC up to a point and on the outside but once you cross that line you'll definitely regret it and probably never see it coming. I know myself I'm not someone who rushes into revenge for getting even and sometimes will take years before I make sure karma find its mark

Good Job lunk. I am the same way. If I ever get ****ed over for money I always try everything I can to get it back. 90% of the time I do. Its about the principal.

I agree on the principle and as lovbytes said we all should help out TR by sending out an email.

Realist: A person who sees things as they truly are. A practical person. The pessimist complains about the wind; The optimist expects it to change; The realist adjusts the sails. — William Arthur Ward

That's what we do also. Then we slip a mickey into their drink when they use the loon and take them out back to the alley and work them over leaving a note to be careful who you fvck with.
When a person has already threatened you and your family it's past the beer drinking stage.
