The picture was taken from a frame of the 1hr+ video I have of our fun that day. They were OK with me videoing since it was not the first time we had hooked up and they knew me fairly well. That is also why the poor quality. It's taken from the memory card on a Sony handycam. Damn battery died or I would have had more.

LOL it's at home on a HD. It would take a long time to upload and Im not that much of an exhibitionist although a few people have see it. lol Also that was back just as I started TRT and I was still VERY out of shape. Some of the pictures/scenes are not to flattering.

Now I do have some shorter videos with the Brazilian/Filipino girl that in some don't even show my face. I wouldn't want to intimidate any of you guys out there though or make you feel inferior.

For some reason most of the girls start out very shy and insist on no pictures or videos of course but after they know you for a while they are posing left and right. lol I have one girl who was Bi and would go with me to clubs to help pick up girls. She had good taste luckily and if/when I asked about taking pictures the new girl would always say NO right away but my girl would tell her it's OK, she knows me and I'm ok and BAM, off comes the clothes for posing with me. Thank god for 5, 10, 15 second timers on cameras.

Ok maybe im being a puss, we will see.
The gym where I work out is at my work place. It is in the loft of on old steel warehouse with no heating and no air conditioning. Most of the equipment is archaic and looks like the same stuff we had in high school back in the 80s.

It is convenient for me since I can workout during work hours and it has a decent selection of dumbbells. The issue is it's been getting cold here down into the twenty's and the room where I work out is also quite chilly. Last night and the night before my hands were pretty much frozen because all of the barbells and dumbbells we're cold. I even wore my workout gloves for the first time in years last night.

I thought maybe I was just being a ***** but last night I looked at the thermometer on the wall inside the gym and it said it was 37 degrees. I consider that just a little bit chilly. I'm not even able to work up a sweat until after I leave lol

I'm considering dropping my membership until spring time since it's costing me 15 dollars a month and I also have 2 other gym memberships. I just find it hard to go to the gym after working 12 to 14 hours and prefer to do it during my lunch break but it's just too damn cold lately.

The other issue with the cold is the fact it's hard to warm up and I'm thinking it's possible 2 actually cause injury working out in the cold like that?

Okay that's the end of my rant for now. Am I just being a ***** or do I have some legitimate concerns?

when i was in the 'stan I worked out in the basement where it got chilly. not 37 degrees though. the concern i would have is muscles not warming up much and possible injury as a result when going heavy. a couple of space heaters might work. and wear sweat pants/shirt. the good news about a cold workout environment? big motivator to get through all your routines pronto!

and maybe some prework out cardio might help too?

Yeah I'm defiantly jumping on the tread mill and stair climbing machine more regularly when I first get there. lol I also broke out my work out gloves I have not seen in 2 years since the damn bars were so cold after 4 or 5 sets I wanted to put the bar down due to frozen hands, not due to muscle failure. lol

I do wear sweat pants and sweat jacket but I think I may need a parka. It's all good and mostly I just wanted to hear other horror stories knowing all to where people who had it a lot worse out there.
