Thanks alot Dpyle! Couldnt have done it without you. I have to say something to be fair here. Even though my scales say 191, my gym scales said different earlier. I am using the same scales I used on the first weigh in, but I felt I needed to say that.

What was your weight in that pic Cape? I am seriously wanting to get into competing, or at least have the "goods" to do so. I think that look would be good for me, although I believe if I am not mistaken you cut from 205-178 during that show. I got my latest BW back yesterday and it was AMAZING! Last time, dont know if you remember, my BW suck on several categories. Liver, lipids, hemocrit, hemoglobin, tryglycerides, etc. So Im down for "going all in" and willing to do what I have to do. Being as I am a TRT guy anyways, I dont care if I have to run big, long doses. Only thing I really did during this bulk was gain a few pounds and drop some BF%. I want to have a good, solid, year long bulk. I mean a balls-to-the-wall bulk. I'd like to sit comfortably at 205-210 with an on-season BF of 8%, walk around at no more than 12%. This is my goal anyways. I am trying to get the diet tuned in a way that I can enjoy it rather than dread it. If only it was ok to do a macro split of 20/40/40.
