    Yeah. Sort of bothered me and that is why I said the scales at the gym had me lighter than my scales. I didnt quite make the weight, and still think I am on the light side. My scales that I use for the first and last weigh in had me at 191. The scales at my gym had me at 187. To me, I just feel like I look even smaller. Honestly, I feel like I look 170-175max I have to get growing to hit my target of 205-210 with 10-12%!

    Didn't get much practice in the prep side for final photos. Since I knew I was coming in light I couldn't afford to drop water leading up. But I think I did well with a big carb load a few hours before photos, and a double dose of my white flood and 15-20 minute pumping session just before the pics were taken.

    I will say I was very pleased with my gains because I stayed lean, and put on some size in a short time without blasting so win lose or draw I have no complaints about my progress.

    I should have realized this is not the same as what I am used to.
    Holding an extra 15 lbs is holding water and fat. No need for dropping water.
    Never should have dropped water. Too much holding the extra weight.
    Would not have been as smooth. Other than that nothing. I tried to do it the way
    It would be done cutting. That was my mistake.

    I'm over the moon with my results as you can imagine :-)
    I have never done anything like this before period so prep was just what I read and learnt I think I left things too late as in carb loading etc as the day after I looked as I wanted to for the pics but I'll know next time lol
    I will do this again and almost certainly prime then just a short blast of 6-8 weeks then sculpt as to how I want to look :-) :-)

    Biggest thing is never cycle during the sick months. Too risky for set backs. I had a sinus infection from end of November into January that got really bad towards the end.

    Until I get my bod pod results I won't know how to change things for next time. Since this was my first I wanted to maximize my gains. I started out fairly high bf but I cut going into the comp. that's one thing I plan to do before any bulk is cutting prior for the rebound and to be primed. I also plan to be 10% bf ish or less before any big bulks but I really wanted to do my first bulk/cycle so I made an exception and I am glad I did. I'll be stronger for my powerlifting competition and I have an even better foundation to cut from.

    Overall I'm pleased with the way things were ran considering this was the first run on a competition. I think in the future it would be a good idea to have a few more before photos from different angels. A majority of the complaints I have are due to lack of planning on my end lol! I will definitely plan out photo sessions a little better! I am pleased with the gains I made. I'm also pleased with the quality of competitors we had..Everybody worked hard and made me work harder the whole way through. I appreciate what everyone brought to the comp. thanks to the judges for taking the time to judge and guide us. Also, thanks to the spectators for cheering us on along the way. Hopefully we will have many more comps in the future!

    I'm pretty disappointed with myself... Ya I gained weight but my diet the last few weeks didn't consist of what I needed and also having trouble even fittin meals in the beginning because of a factory I was working at. Then my knee. Then moving and new job. I hve no doubt I gained muscle its just I feel I could have gained more than I did and gained wayyyyy to much fat. Now that I'm no longer at a temporary agency with a steady job and place to live ill be able to do better in latter comps. But this gave me great insight as to how comps on here are and how far some are willin to go even though it is a online comp.

    I'm very happy with my results. Wasn't expecting to be on this long as I planned out my cycle for the pumpkin classic but it all worked out for the best... Hopefully. Didn't "prep" much for the final day. I tried cutting water on the last day but found it was just making me flat so did everything like any other workout day. If I could go back I would have made more time for photos as I was really rushed and couldn't get a good pump first. And I would definately practice the poses first. Most of them I had never done before and was looking up what they were as I was taking the photos.

    Not really sure why holding water would benefit even in a bulk classic. Unless the rules stated most weight gained, you look more muscular the leaner you stay

    A few pushups before pics always works well

    Min of 15 lbs added to start weight. Hard to keep that and lose water unless its 15 lbs of pure muscle. Hard to do in 15 weeks. Hard to put on 15 lbs muscle only in 2 yrs.

    I never did read the rules of this one. 15lb is a ton of weight to add in muscle. Seen it done, but it involved gaining over 30 in 12 weeks which is just nasty on the body.
