Yeah. Sort of bothered me and that is why I said the scales at the gym had me lighter than my scales. I didnt quite make the weight, and still think I am on the light side. My scales that I use for the first and last weigh in had me at 191. The scales at my gym had me at 187. To me, I just feel like I look even smaller. Honestly, I feel like I look 170-175max I have to get growing to hit my target of 205-210 with 10-12%!

I'd very much like to hear from each individual competitor. Were you happy with your results? What did learn prepping for the finals? What would you do different next time? ETC..... Please and thank you.

I should have realized this is not the same as what I am used to.
Holding an extra 15 lbs is holding water and fat. No need for dropping water.
Never should have dropped water. Too much holding the extra weight.
Would not have been as smooth. Other than that nothing. I tried to do it the way

I will do this again and almost certainly prime then just a short blast of 6-8 weeks then sculpt as to how I want to look :-) :-)

Biggest thing is never cycle during the sick months. Too risky for set backs. I had a sinus infection from end of November into January that got really bad towards the end.
Until I get my bod pod results I won't know how to change things for next time. Since this was my first I wanted to maximize my gains. I started out fairly high bf but I cut going into the comp. that's one thing I plan to do before any bulk is cutting prior for the rebound and to be primed. I also plan to be 10% bf ish or less before any big bulks but I really wanted to do my first bulk/cycle so I made an exception and I am glad I did. I'll be stronger for my powerlifting competition and I have an even better foundation to cut from.

Overall I'm pleased with the way things were ran considering this was the first run on a competition. I think in the future it would be a good idea to have a few more before photos from different angels. A majority of the complaints I have are due to lack of planning on my end lol! I will definitely plan out photo sessions a little better! I am pleased with the gains I made. I'm also pleased with the quality of competitors we had..Everybody worked hard and made me work harder the whole way through. I appreciate what everyone brought to the comp. thanks to the judges for taking the time to judge and guide us. Also, thanks to the spectators for cheering us on along the way. Hopefully we will have many more comps in the future!

I'm very happy with my results. Wasn't expecting to be on this long as I planned out my cycle for the pumpkin classic but it all worked out for the best... Hopefully. Didn't "prep" much for the final day. I tried cutting water on the last day but found it was just making me flat so did everything like any other workout day. If I could go back I would have made more time for photos as I was really rushed and couldn't get a good pump first. And I would definately practice the poses first. Most of them I had never done before and was looking up what they were as I was taking the photos.

Not really sure why holding water would benefit even in a bulk classic. Unless the rules stated most weight gained, you look more muscular the leaner you stay
A few pushups before pics always works well
