Not mad that she is slim at all. I just hate that she brings the stuff into the house because I have little disipline when it comes to food. Just the other day she bought 2 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. Luckily the were just tag alongs so I only ate a few (6) but if they had been somoas no one in the house would have even seen them.

I would eat cleaner but its near impossible to hit my calories if I don't eat dirty. Metabolism too freaking fast. Right now Im eating 5500 a day. Id love to eat a clean 3500 and gain weight.

Cutting is insanely easy. Im eating dessert with every meal and drinking soda at my desk job. Dreamer bulking and still stay lean. Seems like a blessing, but HAVING to eat that much EVERYDAY sucks ass.

Change your work out style. I can eat whatever I want... because I just burn it off in the gym. Switch from the "norm" of bulking/cutting/cardio to HIIT year round and you'll be able to eat whatever you want also (within reason). I don't rest between sets when I work out- 45 min in the gym tops. I just go from one workout to the next and then repeat the routing. I don't sit at the bench and do a set, wait 3 min, then do another set. I go bench > dumbbell press > flys > dips > repeat with no rest x 3. You burn so many more calories that way you don't need to step foot on a treadmill.

Just had peach moscata chicken and pasta at olive garden with breadsticks. Hit gym in about an hour and then probably teriyaki chicken and rice post workout plus protein shake and hersheys bar
