Bdos900's 18th march and beyond!
Week1
Start pics up! Still don't have a plan yet!
Ok so its 18/3/13.
After a good sleep in and a massive breakfast. Spent some quality time on here and got great motivation from Buttery im off to the gym.
20/3/13.

27/3/13.
diets been on point and training is too, sleeping on average 10+ hours a day feeling really good. legs took a beating on Friday I was still feeling it Sunday afternoon!Last edited by bdos; 03-26-2013 at 04:49 PM.

Week31/4/13.Easter break and I didn't miss any gym time ate a little more crap then I wanted too, doesn't seem like I did to much damage. Well my holidays are over upping cals another 500 or so just to deal with starting back at work.4/413.Another cold morning but I can just see the sun coming up threw the clouds kinda nice watching the sun rise, Shoulders this morning one of my lacking parts so ill be focusing on them really want to round off my delts.5/4/13 had a cheat meal yesterday bucket of KFC must have been a shock to the system I was on the funny for about 20mins this morning lol

Is it week five?? I have lost count diet has been a little off always happens to me 3-4weeks then I snap back onto it tomorrow. Back W/O last night went lighter with more reps all day its feels like i'v had pillows stuck under my arms going to be a stressful week ahead other half is having wisdom teeth removed 3hr surgery! so i'm allowing myself 2days off for that.Last edited by bdos; 04-11-2013 at 01:45 AM.

depends how quickly you want to add mass. You in Open?
As I posted in the other thread, you could shock a lot of people if you added just 5-7lbs in the right spots and dropped the same in unwanted weight. You could come in at the same weight but look like a completely different person.
If you're Natty, 400 over should suffice plenty. If you're in Open, you could add 800 but watch your visual in the mirror. Easiest test is measure your waist. It should not go up very much while bulking if your goals are for "leaner" mass

Im natty class its easy for me to drop bf and this diet im on works well for me I did lose my abs but I putt on about 4kgs in 6 weeks, funny you said add mass to my quads its legs day then this afternoon fishing off the beach so that should be interesting.
