Dang dude looks like that cycle is doing u well! I saw ur pics and was like wtf!! I didnt remember u being that big. Shoulders looking real broad and back looking good as well.
Btw u may wanna chek ur cals against the macros in the OP.

Curious to how ur satiety is with all that fat? Typically the presence of fat contributes to satiety, i would imagine in light of this ur walking around feeling pretty satisfied all day long??

Well I didn't get to work out tonight because of work. I'm a little upset because its supposed to be quads and forearms today. Oh well in going to alter my routine this week and more then likely cut out arms.
Really glad this contest is underway tho. Makes me seriously want to cut. But I'm not gonna! Mass baby mass

tron u should still be able to find jeans at buckle. thats where i (and job) shop.. they have like 50 different style jeans for men alone.. they also have some that are slightly stretchy. those are the only kind i buy and they are snug in the thighs and butt! i think my butt is actually getting bigger but in a good way LOL..

yesterday i was going to work quads but ive got some bad pip in my ass because the stupid maid walked in with a needle in my butt and freaked me out, bent the ****in needle...i was pissed!
anyway...
so i decided to train chest, calfs and forearms yesterday. i wasnt really feeling it at first, because ive had a serious lack of sleep, but once i hopped on the scale and it said 227.5 i was instantly motivated.

did and aaray of forearm workouts, hit it from a few different angles
overall good workout. vascularity in my chest and shoulders is getting pretty intense. strength is through the roof.
diet has been pretty spot on with the exception of the past few days, ate a few things i shouldnt have, but back at it now that things have straightened out at work. not gaining excessive amounts of fat. still noticing vasuclarity in my hips and lower abs, but what little abs were visible are slowly disipating. i really need to quit neglecting them. suggestions on abs? i hate working abs...

Got bw done today to see if my ai is dialed in, lady didn't put a tourniquet on my arm, said she could drive a tank trough that bein or any of them in my arm, that made me happy
I want to eat
Doing legs today regardless of pip in my bum
Fearing this lean bulk is turning into a dirty bulk cuz my hunger
Had a good workout last night, overhead pressing 110's made me feel like a champ
But I don't feel 228, need to b bigger, much much bigger

No but that's a very good idea! My blast blend! I didn't because I don't feel skilled enough to brew such a creature. Plus I need to wait till I drop down to trt dose to see what puts me in normal ranges. I'm thinking 150 should b good tho. When that day comes? I will be requiring ur assistance!

in theory, this is the bbest of both worlds.
short esthers stabilizes blood levels over the week but not over the day
long esthers stabilizes blood serum levels over the day but not the week.
this protocol stabilizes both per day and per week much better than either one alone can do
