Dunno mate, mine isn't far off that measurement wise and I reckon I'm I slim build and AND have 50lbs on me. Thought maybe one of the numbers may have been a typo and it should have read a greater number. Your delts are fvcking awesome btw

I have no idea what the over shoulder measurement is lol or pre cycle. I've always had fairly good shoulders (genetics) and I look back and I look really deflated while I was cutting with IF. It helped cut bf, but deflated me badly. Whenever I started bulking (pre cycle prime) it looked like I inflated a balloon. But I think this cycle has put in good amounts of mass for me. It should at a gram lol

I dont have low test and when I hard cut last time around I lost 4lb of LBM in 3 weeks. Was not fvcken happy... those 4 took a long time to put on naturally.
