3 months ago I was at the end of a natty cut with low 300test levels. I lost a considerable amount of mass doing that and was just deflated and flat. But have fine tuned MY diet for ME.

    How's ur progress going?

I am going to have to "steal" this from you. I might replace walnut oil with olive oil though primarily because I don't have walnut oil. How does this taste Tron?

Yeah, I recall. My progress is going SLOWLY but surely, haha. Currently I am finding it difficult to fight my temptation to start my first cycle of AAS, but I am feeling better about it today.

Diet is way to body specific for someone else to dictate what will work for another. There are general baselines that will help a novice learn how to gain, but nothing replaces self knowledge of which diet works for a specific individual.

If I actually posted my diet, the nutrition gurus would tear me a new one....

I guess we shall see in 7 weeks.

i dont consider myself a guru, but i like to think i have enough knowledge about the subject to get me by lol

i just dont believe a damn thing the "nutritional studies" say, today one says this, tomorrow another say the exact opposite. i mean the field is steady progressing, but like you said, the body is to user specific. there is no clear cut way to do something.

    1+3=4
    2+2=4
    2.25+1.75=4

it all depends on the variables given to you on how u reach the end result.

this non-guru would actually like to see ur diet!

and who the hell is siggy?

Honestly, not too much. I have put on about 4 pounds, but it is primarily lean muscle. I just started taking micronized creatine for the first time ever, so I will see what kind of effect this will have on me. I read that not everyone gets bloated; so as long as it doesn't bloat me up and I experience a positive effect, then I will continue to take it.

I am upping my protein intake even more too. I just started adding pasteurized egg whites into some of my shakes, so hopefully I will continue to put on a little more mass.

I was taking around 260 grams of protein per day, but I will increase it closer to the 300-gram range.

I definitely agree with this. Getting advice from knowledgeable sources is great and helpful early on; but in the end, you know your body better than anyone else. I am still trying to improve my diet by adding pieces of advice here and there. I have made changes to my diet in the past and experienced major changes, but I am in a position where I need to change a few things up again to continue my gains.

260g of protein is good for a person with a LBM of 170-180lb

That's what I thought, but I am finding it hard to put on more muscle. I really want to keep my bodyfat low, so I thought I would give this a shot.

Just keep doing what your doing. 4 pounds of lean muscle naturally in 3 months is good. If anything just increase your caloric intake slightly. If ur gaining muscle and not fat, your macro split agrees with you.

Stepped on scale at 234 today...

Been on this blast for 2 weeks now, in total for 12. Fear gains are starting to slow, hopefully the npp I added will kick in high gear soon. Slowly starting to notice more and more fat gains after being in about 1000 cal surplus. Thinking of dialing it back a notch or may say fvck it so I see that ever evading 240...
...but not liking this fat gain....
