I asked just out of curiosity. I was browsing all the logs in the comp section but didnt see yours. But its fine. I'm not keeping any log too.

Yes, there's a reason. All the recent drama is the single biggest contributing factor. Since I really don't want to be drawn into all of that and at least one bout of it was supposed to be about someone's unusual diet and training plan I don't want to make myself a target if I do something that's not 100% in line with the accepted norm.

I agree with that... It's more consistency then anything else. It's the same with investments. You can take different avenues to attain the same goal.
